How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number.

What shipping options are available and what are the associated costs?
Currently, we offer free standard shipping on purchases of $999 MXN or more. If your order total is less than this amount, an additional shipping fee will apply. In this way, we aim to provide you with a convenient and accessible shopping experience, rewarding larger purchases with exclusive benefits.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for standard shipments is 2 to 5 business days, starting from the moment your order is prepared from our distribution center.
It's important to note that during peak periods, such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions, delivery times may be longer due to the increased number of orders processed. In these cases, we recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.
Can I modify my order before it is shipped?
Once your order has been placed on our site, it is not possible to modify its details. However, if the preparation process has not yet begun, you can cancel it and place a new order with the correct information.
If your order has already entered the preparation and shipping phase, you will have to wait to receive it and, subsequently, you can request an exchange or a return following our established policies.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. You can only process the cancellation if the distribution center has not yet begun preparing your package.
If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled immediately. However, once you receive it, you can request an exchange or a refund according to our return policy.
