1. REQUEST
Please contact our customer service team at +52 5559912529 or help@atlekx.com with your order details. Once your return or exchange has been approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label , so you won't have to pay for shipping. The product must have its original tags attached and be in perfect condition .

2. PREPARE YOUR PRODUCT
Place the product in its original packaging , ensuring it is sealed and protected to prevent damage during shipping. Affix the provided shipping label to the outside.

3. DELIVER THE PRODUCT
Follow the instructions for collection or, if you prefer, take the package to any branch of the courier company indicated in the guide.

4. QUALITY CONTROL
Upon receiving the product, an inspection will be carried out to verify that it has not been used , that it is not damaged , and that it matches the original purchase.
If these criteria are not met, the return or exchange will not be processed and the product will be returned to the sender , with the shipping cost borne by the customer .

5. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
