Shipping policy

We offer nationwide shipping with a flat rate of $150 MXN. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping is completely free for orders over $1500 MXN (subject to change without notice).
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it on our website to monitor delivery.

SECTION 1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 business days after delivery, as long as the products are in their original condition, unused, and with tags.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used and may take up to 15-20 business days.

SECTION 2. SHIPMENT TRACKING

We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order online once it has been shipped. Depending on the courier used, tracking can be done through their official website.  Atlekx is not responsible for lost shipments or incorrect deliveries once the package has been handed to the courier.

SECTION 3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.

SECTION 4. PACKAGING

At  Atlekx, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. We use packaging designed to protect items during shipping, and each order is carefully packed to minimize risks.
However, we understand that incidents may occur during transit that affect the package. If you notice any damage upon receipt, please contact us so we can assist you.

SECTION 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, as well as packaging elements, including designs, texts, images, and logos, are owned by Atlekx and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
